We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager for our fee for service dental office in Torrance, California. We value creating a happy work environment and providing quality care to our patients.

The front office manager should be experienced in the dental field and should know how to file claims, bill insurance, schedule patients, and create and present treatment plans.

We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, prompt, and able to respectfully and effectively manage others. Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Responsibilties:

• Ensures and encourages good communication between staff and doctors
• Manages staff and maintains a positive workplace environment
• Acts as a liaison between doctor and staff for routine matters such as time off, schedule changes, questions about policies, etc…
• Manages the schedule
• Conducts weekly office meetings reviewing goals, budgets, progress
• Is able to process and send dental claims
• Process EOBS
• Answer emails and phone calls of patients promptly

- Monday to Friday(8-5)

- Every other Saturday(8-2)

Qualifications:

- High school or equivalent

- Customer service experience (2 years)

- Ability to respectfully and effectively manage others

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

- Dentrix experience preferred

A valid license, Background check, and an in person interview to determine your knowledge and skill level.
